What is new?

We're excited to announce a new feature: A/B testing for short links. A single link can now automatically split traffic across several landing page variants, with statistics for each one collected in a single report.

You can attach up to three alternative destinations to any link and set what percentage of visitors should land on each. The split happens at the link level itself — no need to create multiple separate short URLs and manually stitch together click data. Once it's clear which variant performs better, you can make it the link's main destination with a single click.

The feature is available on the Premium plan and can be set up right from the dashboard — no coding required.

For more on why A/B testing matters, what advantages it offers, and how to run a test step by step, check out our article How to Use A/B Testing in the Lix.li Link Shortening Service.

We'll cover working with A/B testing via the API in an upcoming article.
