Attempts to bypass restrictions (including repeated registrations) are considered a serious violation.

5. User responsibility

The user is fully responsible for:

• The consequences of third-party use of shortened links.

LIX is not responsible for the content of third-party websites referenced by shortened links.

6. Limitation of liability

LIX does not guarantee uninterrupted service operation and is not liable for:

• Damages resulting from the use of the service;
• Blocks or sanctions imposed by third-party platforms;
• Temporary technical failures.
